County Awards


Macomb County is often recognized for its outstanding programs, services and public servants. Awards signify more than accomplishment, they demonstrate commitment. The Office of Public Affairs maintains a list of these awards and accomplishments for use by members of the media and for residents of the county.


Macomb County earns Michigan Excellence in Technology awards

MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. – Macomb County earned three awards from the state of Michigan for its efforts to bring cutting-edge technology to its residents. The Michigan Excellence in Technology awards earned by the county were given by the Michigan Department of Information Technology as part of its 2006 Best of Michigan Technology Award program.
