All Circuit Court and Probate Court cases, with the exception of non-public records and juvenile records, are available via the Internet. The following information will be displayed:

• Summary – Case number, type, status and file date
• Parties – All of the parties on the case, and their role in the case, but only the party’s name and attorney information will display
• Case Schedule – Any hearing scheduled for a case and the results of the hearing
• Charges – All charges filed in a criminal case
• Docket – Lists all of the docket entries for a case
• Financial – Any court fees associated with a case and payment of the fees

Case Number Format (to search):

A four-digit year, six digit case number, and two digit case type are required.
Example: 2004-000123-DM.

Limits to Searches:

• Either the case number or Last name and First name are required for searching.

What is not available:

• Images
• Party Social Security Numbers, Addresses or Phone Numbers
