Macomb County 4-H Shooting Sports Tournament ~

Please complete all three forms listed below:

Macomb County 4-H Shooting Sports Tournament Discipline Registration and Permission Slip: Complete this form to register for the Macomb County 4-H Shooting Sports Tournament. Participant must have attended a minimum of five practice sessions with a 4-H certified instructor for each discipline they are entering. Macomb County follows the State 4-H Shooting Sports rules. Shooters must supply their own ammunition. A safety poster is required for entry. Proof of Hunter's Safety Certificate must be submitted for 22, Shotgun, and Black Powder.
Macomb County 4-H Shooting Sports Tournament Event Registration Form: Complete this form to register for the event(s) of your choice at the Macomb County 4-H Shooting Sports Tournament.
Huron Pointe Sportsmen's Association Hold Harmless Agreement: This form needs to be signed and mailed in with your county shoot registration form.

Clare County 4-H Archery Tournament is May 12, 2012 at the Clare Rod & Gun Club. The event is open to all 4-H members and the general public. There will be events in 3-D, Target and Team.
