4-H Youth Gardening
Committee
The Horticulture and Environmental Education Committee has been inactive for the last few years. Should a renewed interest in activities that would fall under its scope develop, the committee could be reactivated.
Events and Training

Participants will learn the steps to designing, building and maintaining a school garden. From gardening basics to building a garden team and trying out classroom lessons and activities, this workshop is designed for educators interested in hands-on teaching tools. Learn how to engage your students in the outdoor classroom or choose to bring the concepts indoors! For more information, contact Alan Jaros at jaros@msu.edu or 248-858-1524.
