Dining Senior Style

Dining Senior Style is one of two programs offered by MCCSA's Senior Nutrition Program.
Dining Senior Style is a program for senior citizens who are able to visit a dining location. Dining Senior Style compliments the Meals on Wheels program, which serves senior citizens who are homebound.
Dining Senior Style locations serve nutritious meals and provide social opportunities. Informational sessions, card games, seasonal parties, crafts and other activities are offered regularly. Meals are planned with great care and attention to:
The only requirement for participation is having reached the age of 60 (or being the spouse of someone who is at least 60 years old). Meals are available on a "first come, first served" basis. Unless noted otherwise, meals are served at lunchtime Monday through Thursday. A $3.00 cost sharing contribution is accepted for each meal. All donations go directly back into the program to help provide meals. |
Dining Senior Style is more than just a meal!
Activities and games are part of the Dining Senior Style experience. Opening Day celebrations are a favorite for Tigers fans.
Special activities are held for holidays, seasons, and world events, such as the Olympics.
