In re: Collective Bargaining This Court pursuant to law being the employer of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court and Family Division personnel, charged with the responsibility of establishing and contracting for personnel policies, including but not restricted to employment, wages and fringe benefits, hours and other terms of employment; The Michigan Supreme Court having entered its Administrative Order 1998-5 governing Chief Judge responsibilities and local intergovernmental relations; especially Section VIII, relating to collective bargaining; Miscellaneous Order 7385 being obsolete due to the retirement of former Human Resources Department Director William Israel; Therefore, it is ordered that the Director of Macomb County Human Resources Department is appointed to act on the Court's behalf for purposes of collective bargaining pursuant to 1947 PA 336.
