The Macomb County Circuit Court encourages students to visit the Court and see our judicial system in person.   

Various matters are held on different days depending on the schedule of each judge.  All judges hear motions on Monday morning, unless the Court is closed for a legal holiday which necessitates motion call on Tuesday morning.  Please click on the Information button to your left for a list of legal holidays when the Court is closed. 

To arrange a visit to the courthouse, contact the Chief Research Attorney for the Circuit Court at 586 469 5159 during normal business hours.  An informational pamphlet will be mailed out upon request.
