Signing a Quit Claim Deed

Mission:

The Council on Aging (COA) serves to maximize independence and enhance the quality of life for all seniors (60 years of age and older) through education, advocacy, and fund raising efforts.

Objectives:

  • The Council on Aging will provide educational programs which will address the specific interests and needs of seniors. These programs will be provided regularly throughout the calendar year.
  • The Council On Aging will sponsor three fund raising efforts per year. The money raised from these efforts will be used to fund designated Macomb County Senior Citizen Services.

Meetings:
The Council On Aging has 16 Board members that make plans for the group meetings. The Board represents a cross-section of representatives from different communities across Macomb County. The annual election and Christmas party are for members and by invitation only. The cost to join is only $4.

If you would like to join the Council On Aging general membership, please contact Dana Lazechko at the Macomb County Department of
Senior Citizen Services at (586) 466-4545
