Please complete the below information and keep in mind the following scheduling:

  • Presentations are scheduled in the order received with priority given to the grades listed.
  • Presentations are approximately one hour in length and presented to one class at a time with 15 minutes between classes.
  • Programs need to be set up in one room following the guidelines listed. Room availability is needed one hour prior to and one hour after the presentation.
  • Presentations are regularly scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but special arrangements may be made on alternate days, if necessary. Since dates fill quickly, please provide your first three schedule preferences below:
