Hazard Mitigation Planning



PURPOSE: The purpose of the Hazard Mitigation Plan is to identify those natural and man-caused hazards that pose a threat to the community, rank them based on their potential threat to the people and economy, and recommend mitigation projects to eliminate or reduce their impact.

This federally approved plan addresses those hazards of concern to Macomb County and its communities. Please review it and submit comments via the comment form by clicking the button on the right labeled "Comments".
