This Just In . . . Economic Investment Report


The Economic Development Coalition of Southeast Michigan, organized by Detroit Renaissance, released its first semi-annual report.  It details economic investment activities from January 1 through June 30 in the region.  Macomb County Department of Planning & Economic Development is an active partner.

The report lists 68 projects totaling $2.28 billion that are expected to create 4,017 jobs while retaining 5,433.  Of the 68, 11 have or will occur in Macomb representing a total investment of nearly $52 million:
