Securing governmental defense contracts the focus of an upcoming symposium.

Congresswoman Candice Miller will join representatives from General Dynamics Land Systems, TACOM and the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) as part of a special symposium series designed to help manufacturers diversify.

“An Introduction to Defense Procurement” will present the advantages and opportunities available to the manufacturing community through government contracts by giving examples of successes in the defense field and presenting information on how to qualify and to bid for defense contracts.
