Mission Statement

The Information Technology department was established and is maintained by the Board of Commissioners to assist all county departments and agencies in analyzing and implementing improvements in office procedures. The IT department proactively services Macomb County Department and agencies with respect to their computer and information technology needs. IT continually analyzes, evaluates and assesses the computer technology marketplace in order to advance the most cost-effective and strategic solutions..

 

Doing Business With Our Department

The Information Technology Department will only do business with approved vendors. To become an approved vendor, submit a vendor application to the Purchasing Department. Projects that vendors may bid on will be posted on the Bids and Proposals page on the Purchasing Department's website. Any vendor can sign up for a free subscription to be notified whenever new projects are posted on the page. Just click the email subscription link on the top of that page
