MACOMB COUNTY CLERK / REGISTER OF DEEDS Directions to Our Offices The Macomb County Clerk's Office is located in Downtown Mount Clemens at 40 North Main (first floor of the Court Building). The Macomb County Register of Deeds office is located next door at 10 North Main Street (second floor of the County Building). There are many parking lots and metered spaces conveniently located nearby.
