Judge Chrzanowski received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice degree, graduating "With Distinction" in 1982 from Wayne State University, and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1985. She was in private law practice since 1987 and is a former Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Macomb County. She was elected Circuit Judge in November 1992 and re-elected in 1998 and 2004, for full six-year terms.
