Presented by an attorney every six weeks, this session explores the more detailed issues regarding legal structure. Topics discussed include legal entities and key tax and non-tax issues every business owner must address.

Team SBA Financing Roundtable

Held four times a year, this SBTDC sponsored event is designed for those who are starting or expanding a business and need guidance in securing financing. You will meet with bankers, SBA loan officers, and small business consultants prepared to discuss your financing needs. You’ll learn how lenders analyze loan requests, and what they look for in a credit application.
